In relation to Section 55 of the Data Protection Act, I think you cover this in an article in the Guardian, 10 November 2008, which was under our tab 33. You say this, it's on the first page just under the lower holepunch:

"About 18 months ago, I, Les Hinton of News International and Murdoch MacLennan of the Telegraph [seems to be the same people all the time, but not Rebekah Wade on this occasion] had dinner with Gordon Brown and raised these concerns."
