Yes. It is a balance, isn't it? I think a free press self-evidently is the lifeblood of a free and democratic society, and the freedom of the press needs to be protected at all times at all costs, but it needs to be balanced against the risks of abuse of power, and this is not just in the press and media domain, but when concentrations of power or power as wielded unaccountably occurs, you need to try and find some remedies and safeguards against that.
