I think you miss the point there, Ms Hartley, that you've been able to demonstrate, assuming paragraph 9 is correct, which we can do for these purposes, that in fact the information came not from the hospital but from the Westminster Register Office. Now, that is something that Mr Grant simply could not have known about, but given that he did not know about it, it wasn't unreasonable for him to say, indeed a perfectly fair inference, that it must have been a leak by the Portland Hospital. It's wholly sensible, I must say, on his behalf. Don't you agree with that at least as a piece of logic?
