Often they do. In many ways, we prefer people to contact us as soon as possible if -- people complain or make observations about different things. A spin doctor, for example, might call up to say he or she is unhappy with the tone that the story takes. We'll have a look at that, but we probably wouldn't necessarily do anything about changing it unless we felt that we had been unfair, in which case we recast the story.

If someone contacts us because there's an inaccuracy in a story, then we want to take action to correct that as quickly as possible, because we take the view that the sooner we can correct the content, the less chance there is of it being used by one of our customers in a newspaper when we can stop it spreading too far online as well.
