We have teams both in Dublin and in our California offices who are a combination of lawyers and non-lawyers. Our front line staff are known as our user operation staff and we train a set of those staff particularly in these kinds of violations. So in many cases it can be fairly obvious, a trademark or a copyright violation, for example, can be very straightforward. Some forms of defamation can be very straightforward, particularly where the case is well known. Those staff are trained to identify and deal quickly with those cases that are obvious, and then are able to escalate through, if you like, the more legally trained staff, and even through to outside counsel, if necessary, for very specific cases where there's some area of contention or doubt.
