What I was saying was that if I am not going to criticise those who are the subject of present criminal investigation, it seemed unfair to say, well, because X is not presently the subject or, in my judgment, foreseebly the subject of criminal investigation for hacking into phones or whatever, that they can be the subject of criticism when somebody who may -- whose conduct may or may not be more egregious cannot.
