Look, I think, as an executive and as a -- just as a business person, a company that invests in journalism, I think I'd like to have -- knowing what I know now, I'd like to have more comfort that training around things like the PCC Code and accountability around the PCC, you know, delivered better results, because clearly there have been failings in journalistic practices, and so obviously there's been an issue there, but I think we talked a little bit before about what are the things to strengthen and what not, and I would say, having people in and around the PCC who are perhaps -- having a greater balance that's outside the current working press may be a good thing to have.
