The first part of it is taken for granted. It was in the public domain that there were victims other than the Royal household, so I think he's right on that. I had no knowledge at the time that there were other journalists, but he's -- you know, Peter is not definite on that. He says he thinks.

The interesting thing is that he says, "I think it did". I'm not sure whether that refers to the discussion or to the Metropolitan Police paper, which didn't come to me. If it referred to the latter, of course he was mistaken anyway because that didn't refer to other journalists either.
