It wasn't the factor. It was probably a factor with some of our colleagues but it's very difficult to know what is in someone's mind. You know what comes out of their mouth, but what the motivating force is that causes it to come out of their mouth is not clear. It may be an instinctive philosophical view of their own or they may have been influenced by what they have read. I can't judge that; I simply observe that there were a number of colleagues who argued the same case as the press in the subcommittee.
