Yes. We see, just below the lower hole punch, the Secretary of State says:

"The tort would be the wrong thing at the wrong time. Most importantly, it would mean a major row with the press."

There's reference to the Daily Mail piece which we have at 03968, which you probably don't need to turn up. You can imagine what it might say.

"It's a good indication of the strength of feeling."

So concerns about press reaction were part of the mix here, weren't they?
