The Mail Online didn't identify Helena in its caption because it was unaware who the subject was, they say.

They then make a number of comments about the fact that they would expect a respectable picture agency like EPA to take steps to ensure that they asked themselves the correct questions and taken into account appropriate considerations and so on.
