Well, I mean, obviously by the time you call that number the damage has effectively been done. I mean, it was helpful to make sure -- as I said, one of the main aims was the memorial service. But, you know, Edward was very distressed by that point. I was calling them to try and help, but there was a lot of damage already done. The pictures had already been published. So I suppose the main point to my mind is why what appeared to me fairly clear code provisions hadn't been complied with by the media, because in these sort of situations there is only so much you can do once the photographs and information is out in the public domain.
