So the first step is to get the metrics in place, but then -- I absolutely agree that you have to take a view based on accumulated expertise of the extent to which these different types of online news providers do have an impact on plurality of supply. So, for instance, one of the -- you may say, "Well, of course, we can now get access to the New York Times online. That's another great increase in plurality of news in the UK." Well, of course it isn't really, because not many people will consume it but also it may not be talking about the issues of importance to society and politics here.
So you're absolutely right; there has to be some sort of discretion applied in working out whether these are important or not.
